At Raw Radiance Candle, each candle is hand-poured with care, often made to order just for you. As a result, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
- After this window, your order is likely already in production or packed for shipment, and cannot be canceled.

Custom & Limited Edition Orders
All custom-made or limited edition products are non-cancellable once the order is placed. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved within the 2-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
