Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Custom or bulk orders: May take 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking info once it ships.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship within India. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Shiprocket

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer free shipping on orders over [Insert Threshold, e.g., $75].


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages due to address errors

If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  2. Include your order number and photos (if damaged)

We will work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


International Shipping (if applicable)
