Because our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong scent or item
- Dislike of fragrance
- Allergic reactions (please check ingredient list or contact us before ordering if unsure)
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that items may be damaged during shipping or have quality issues. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package with the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
- A description of the issue
If your item is deemed defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
